CrestoGuard™ 418 is an aqueous solution of diethylenetriaminepenta(methylene phosphonic acid) derived from DETA phosphonate chemistry and is widely used in the industry as a sequestering agent and calcium carbonate scale inhibitor for various applications: industrial water treatment, industrial cleaning, oil production and textile & pulp bleaching.
